Position: Management Internship

We are looking for a self-driven and motivated management intern to join our Prague team. This is a significant opportunity for individuals interested in learning about corporate management, with a primary focus on strategic planning, project management, business development, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Help identify, analyse, and propose potential business opportunities and improvements
• Assist in planning, organising, and coordinating company projects
• Perform research to identify industry trends and business opportunities
• Participate in strategy meetings, providing insightful inputs
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and financial reports
• Maintain open and effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate program, or be recent graduates with a strong academic record. Analytic capabilities, excellent communication, and presentation skills are critical. Applicants should have a keen interest in business and management, with demonstrable leadership skills. Proficiency in English and at least one other language is necessary, with proficiency in Czech a value-add.
