Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of project activities related to community engagement and capacity building.
• Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing programs and identify new opportunities for intervention.
• Participate in workshops, seminars, and outreach events to promote the organization's mission and programs.
• Develop communication materials, including newsletters and social media content, to enhance visibility and outreach.
• Support administrative tasks, such as data entry and maintaining project documentation.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant field (Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Relations).
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize information effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bosnian.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
