Job Description

• Assist in supporting and maintaining telecommunications systems and infrastructure
• Perform network system audits to ensure functionality and effectiveness
• Work intricately with cross-functional teams on network optimization
• Assist in troubleshooting network outages or problems
• Create technical support documentation for systems and applications
• Assist the engineer in analyzing network performance data

Job Requirements

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of network infrastructure – WAN, LAN, switches, routers, VoIP
• Working Knowledge of networking protocols & standards
• Detail-oriented and excellent time management skills
• Proficiency in English language
