Reception / Reservations Internship - Geneva, Switzerland

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Offering assistance in reception operations and taking care of reservations.
  • Support both internal and external communication division and managing the reception desk.
  • Upkeep of client databases, ensuring that all customer details and information are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Working closely with the team to understand pricing strategies and booking processes.
  • Presenting a friendly and professional image to guests, providing them with excellent customer service during their stay.
  • Handling any customer complaints or queries in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate of a Hospitality/Tourism degree or relevant field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English is a must, French is a plus.
  • Proven customer service experience and ability to deal with challenging situations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Must have a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Comfortable in using technology tools like MS Office, CRM etc.
