Internship Vacancy: Customer Service

We are currently seeking a highly driven and ambitious Intern for our Customer Service Department based in Zaragoza, Spain. This is an excellent opportunity to gain invaluable industry experience in a dynamic and growing global company. The duration of the internship will be six months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Job Description and Duties

As an intern, your core responsibilities will include:

- Managing customer inquiries and complaints through phone, email, and chat
- Maintaining and updating customer database systems
- Assisting in the development and implementation of service procedures, policies, and standards
- Collaborating with different departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Participating in customer service improvement projects
- Preparing customer service reports for the management team

Job Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and work well in a team environment
