Tareas

  • Collaborate with the sales manager to draft documents and presentations based on provided briefings, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Attend client meetings alongside the sales team, providing support and contributing insights as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining the CRM system, updating client information, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Review pending replies on proposals and specific customer requests, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Provide direct client support with the help of the Sales Manager, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Assist in coordinating sales-related activities, such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing follow-ups.
  • Identify qualifying leads through research and outreach efforts.
  • Communicate the benefits of Symanto’s products and services to potential clients.
  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Requisitos

  • Very good skills in Microsoft Office package (esp. PowerPoint).
  • Vocational training or degree in sales, marketing, Business, Marketing, Statistics or related field.
  • Fluency in German and English is a must.
  • Good analytical skills and detail-orientation.
  • Self-motivated, independent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible and capable of delivering value in a start-up like environment.
  • Skilled in data analytics (i.e. data visualization tools).
  • Understanding of and interest in AI and business psychology.
  • Experience using HubSpot.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts.

Condiciones

  • Remmuneration for werkstudent: minimum wage in Germany.
  • Remmuneration for Intern in Spain: 800 euros for 32 hours/week.
