Educational / Teaching Assistant Vacancy in Salamanca, Spain

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in creating engaging, age-appropriate lessons following curriculum guidelines.
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students, ensuring they comprehend the course material.
- Monitor student behaviour in classrooms or other school ground, enforcing school and class rules to help teach students proper behaviour.
- Help teachers prepare for lessons by setting up equipment or materials and adapt teaching methods to meet students' varying needs and interests.
- Communicate with teachers and parents about students’ progress and behaviors.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Education or related fields.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, written and verbal.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in child psychology to understand students' needs.
- Updated knowledge of safety procedures and legal education guidelines.
- First aid and CPR certified.
