Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in creating engaging, age-appropriate lessons following curriculum guidelines.
• Provide one-on-one assistance to students, ensuring they comprehend the course material.
• Monitor student behaviour in classrooms or other school ground, enforcing school and class rules to help teach students proper behaviour.
• Help teachers prepare for lessons by setting up equipment or materials and adapt teaching methods to meet students' varying needs and interests.
• Communicate with teachers and parents about students’ progress and behaviors.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or related fields.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, written and verbal.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in child psychology to understand students' needs.
• Updated knowledge of safety procedures and legal education guidelines.
• First aid and CPR certified.
