We are an emerging women-owned brand in the superyacht industry focused on designing high-quality, functional, and stylish uniforms specifically for women in deck and engineering roles. Our mission is to modernize workwear in a traditionally underserved segment by combining performance, comfort, and design.
This is an unpaid internship; however, there is strong earning potential through a commission-based structure. Interns will receive a percentage of any sales they successfully generate, with no capped earnings.

Tareas
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients (yachts, management companies, uniform suppliers, etc.)
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Pitch our brand and products to prospective clients
- Build and maintain relationships with leads and partners
- Track outreach activity and sales progress
- Collaborate on sales strategies and market expansion ideas
Requisitos
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in outreach and initiating conversations
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Interest in sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must have access to a laptop and reliable internet connection
- Bonus: Knowledge of or interest in the yachting/maritime industry
Condiciones
Requirements & Conditions:
- Duration: Flexible (minimum 4-5 months recommended)
- Remote position (work from anywhere)
- Flexible working hours, with expected weekly outreach targets
- Must have access to a laptop and reliable internet connection
- Performance will be evaluated based on outreach activity and sales results
