We are an emerging women-owned brand in the superyacht industry focused on designing high-quality, functional, and stylish uniforms specifically for women in deck and engineering roles. Our mission is to modernize workwear in a traditionally underserved segment by combining performance, comfort, and design.

This is an unpaid internship; however, there is strong earning potential through a commission-based structure. Interns will receive a percentage of any sales they successfully generate, with no capped earnings.

Tarefas

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients (yachts, management companies, uniform suppliers, etc.)
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Pitch our brand and products to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with leads and partners
  • Track outreach activity and sales progress
  • Collaborate on sales strategies and market expansion ideas

Requisitos

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in outreach and initiating conversations
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
  • Interest in sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Must have access to a laptop and reliable internet connection
  • Bonus: Knowledge of or interest in the yachting/maritime industry

Requirements & Conditions:

  • Duration: Flexible (minimum 4-5 months recommended)
  • Remote position (work from anywhere)
