Our collaborator is a leading luxury construction company based in Marbella, specializing in designing and building exclusive homes that blend innovation, quality, and sustainability. Tareas

• Assist in the management and supervision of luxury residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Support the preparation and review of project documentation, including plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Participate in on-site meetings with clients, subcontractors, and project managers, including liaising with Swedish-speaking clients when applicable.
• Monitor progress on-site and report updates to senior site managers, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with local regulations and the expectations of facultative management.

Requisitos

• Educational background: Studying last year or graduated in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, or a related field in construction or architecture.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages, especially Swedish, is a plus.
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Presto, and MS Office. Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Experience: No prior experience is necessary, but a passion for the construction sector and attention to detail are highly valued.

Condiciones

• 500€ gross/month
• Possibility of being hired after the internship

Availability and hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
