Internship Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Wedding Planning Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event management within a vibrant and picturesque setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of weddings from initial consultation to execution.
• Support the lead wedding planner in vendor selection, negotiation, and management.
• Help create personalized timelines and budgets for each event.
• Participate in site visits and design meetings with clients to conceptualize wedding themes and layouts.
• Manage administrative tasks including responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client files.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on wedding trends and local venues.
• Assist during actual wedding events to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design software.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
