Human Resources Internship Opportunity in Fuerteventura, Spain

Our Fuerteventura branch is currently offering an exciting internship opportunity in our Human Resources Department.

Job Description

The Human Resources Intern will be reporting directly to the HR Manager. Main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the recruitment process which includes job posting, screening of resumes, and scheduling of interviews.
  • Participating in employee orientations to explain HR policies and procedures to new hires and assisting in the on-boarding process.
  • Assisting with Employee engagement activities and organizational development initiatives.
  • Supporting the HR team with ad hoc projects including, but not limited to, annual performance review process, compensation review, research assignments, and updating HR policies.

Job Requirements

Interested candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or any related course.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act within the Company’s guidelines and policies.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
