Our Bilbao office is currently looking for a talented and motivated individual to undertake an internship in our customer service department. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to learn from industry-leading professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support our customer service team in managing customer queries and complaints.
• Assist in analyzing customer feedback to aid in business decisions.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Please note that this internship requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
