Our collaborator is the leading European platform in the boat rental industry. Their mission is to make boating accessible worldwide while providing private and professional boat owners with an additional income stream. Since their inception in 2013, they have experienced significant growth, acquiring three companies across Spain, Germany, and France. In 2022, their expansion was further fueled by a major equity fund and the world’s largest boating marketplace.
Currently, they operate in more than 50 countries and 600 destinations, with a diverse team of 200 employees from 20 different nationalities. Their headquarters are located in Paris, on a barge moored on the Seine River, and they also have a second office in Barcelona, hosting around 100 employees.
Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth integration and understanding of the platform.
Provide customer support, answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other teams to gather customer feedback and improve product offerings.
Analyze customer success metrics and assist in reporting findings to improve service delivery.
Support the team in maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients through email, phone, or chat.
Assist in creating customer success materials and resources, such as tutorials or FAQs.
Native or fluent Italian speaker, with strong communication skills in English.
University student or recent graduate (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields).
Passion for customer service, problem-solving, and enhancing the customer experience.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and software (preferred but not essential)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
