Job Description

The role involves assisting our team with the planning, production, and execution of events on various scales – from intimate social gatherings to large-scale corporate conferences. You will have the opportunity to build up experience in researching and securing venues, liaising with suppliers, managing budgets, promoting events, on-site assistance, and post-event analysis. This hands-on internship would surely provide comprehensive exposure to the pulse and rhythm of the events industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events.
• Organize attendees' list, liaise with clients and vendors.
• Provide on-site support in setting up and tearing down events.
• Assist in social media and website updates.

Skills and Qualifications

You should be a graduate or undergraduate currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related fields, with strong organizational and multitasking skills. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience with event planning, marketing, and social media management is considered a plus.
