About The Role

The successful candidate will act as the company’s first point of contact providing exceptional customer service. The intern will manage day-to-day operations at the front desk, handle reservation processes, assist with client inquiries, and help ensure the smooth running of the reception area.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors.
  • Process, change, and cancel reservations in a timely manner.
  • Keep accurate records of guest bookings and payment details.
  • Assist in daily administrative tasks and perform general office support activities.
  • Work closely with the team to continuously improve our services and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in hospitality management, business administration or related field.
  • Excellent command of English and Portuguese. Additional languages will be an asset.
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with reservation systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexibly in shifts, over weekends, and public holidays.
