Internship Opportunity: Event Management

We are an industry-leading events company based in the majestic city of Viseu, Portugal. We are looking for a motivated and creative Event Intern to join our dynamic team.

This internship offers the hands-on experience with several types of events from conception to execution, a stepping stone towards a fulfilling career in event management.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in event planning, design, and production.
• Collecting or assembling necessary event materials.
• Undertaking venue search and selection.
• Conducting client and vendor outreach.
• Managing event logistics and troubleshoot any arising issues.
• Serving as a liaison between vendors, guests, and staff during events.
• Providing post-event reporting and feedback collection.

Job Requirements:

• Enrolled in a related Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
