Job Vacancy: English Teaching Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

The English Teaching Assistant will be responsible for:

• Supporting the delivery of English language lessons in line with the school's curriculum.
• Assisting in the preparation of innovative and engaging lesson plans.
• Providing individual and group support to students, enhancing their language skills and cultural understanding.
• Contributing to the assessment and reporting of student progress.
• Participating in staff development and training activities to further personal skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a degree or certification in TESOL, TEFL, Applied Linguistics or a related field.
• Have experience in English language teaching, preferably with a focus on adult education.
• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrate flexibility and creativity in approach to teaching.
• Show commitment to student success and a passion for teaching.
• Superb team player with cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
