Job Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering engaging English lessons for students of various age groups and proficiency levels.
• Conduct small group or one-on-one tutoring sessions to reinforce lesson concepts and provide personalized support for students.
• Facilitate language immersion activities, including role-plays, discussions, and cultural presentations.
• Help create and assemble instructional materials, including worksheets, visual aids, and digital resources.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and teachers.
• Participate in school events and language workshops to promote a lively educational atmosphere.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as attendance tracking and classroom management.

Job and Personal Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Strong command of the English language; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
• Prior experience in teaching or tutoring is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with students.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
• Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm for teaching, and a willingness to engage actively in the school community.
