Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern for our Reception and Reservations team. This position offers a chance to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the front desk operations, including greeting guests and checking them in/out smoothly.
• Handle reservations via phone, email, and online systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure readiness of guest accommodations.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese and other languages is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with hotel management software is beneficial.
