Job Description

As a Spanish Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Spanish language programs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting lead teachers in preparing lesson materials and classroom activities.
• Supporting students during lessons, providing individual attention and assistance when needed.
• Facilitating conversation practice and interactive exercises to enhance language acquisition.
• Organizing cultural workshops and events related to Spanish-speaking countries.
• Contributing to curriculum development through feedback and innovative ideas.
• Helping with administrative tasks, including attendance tracking and student assessment.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Spanish (native or near-native level) and fluent in English.
• A background in education or linguistics is preferred.
• Previous experience in teaching or tutoring is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage students of different ages and backgrounds.
• Familiarity with cultural aspects of Spanish-speaking countries.
