Job Description

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Education / Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support classroom teachers in planning and implementing learning experiences that advance the intellect and promote constructive student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the teacher in planning and implementing learning experiences in line with the curriculum.
• Interacting with students and encouraging their interest in learning.
• Fostering a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Assisting with grading and maintaining student records.
• Implementing strategies to promote educational development and inclusive practices.
• Helping with the planning and organization of school events and activities.

Job Requirements

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

• A degree in Education or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, flexible approach to work.
• Familiarity with the national curriculum and Education guidelines.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.
