Position: Customer Service Internship

We are currently seeking for a proactive, highly-motivated individual for a Customer Service Internship position. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and social media platforms.
• Help maintain customer records by updating account information on our databases.
• Support collaborative efforts to improve customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
• Assist in producing reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new services.

Job Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English and Portuguese is necessary.

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to empathize as well as prioritize customers' needs.

Working knowledge of MS Office and customer management software.
