Internship Position: Customer Service Intern

As a Customer Service Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting our dedicated customer service team. Your primary responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing quick and effective solutions to issues, and documenting customer interactions in our system. You will also learn to analyze feedback to improve our processes and assist in various administrative tasks, contributing to team projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.

Tasks Description

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Documenting and following up on customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with team members to refine processes based on customer feedback.
  • Participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer care skills.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Job and Personal Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
