Internship Opportunity in Event Management

Internship Overview
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning and execution. You will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to all phases of event management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and organization of events, including corporate meetings, weddings, and festivals.
- Conduct market research to identify potential venues, suppliers, and partners.
- Support the marketing team in creating promotional materials and managing social media campaigns.
- Participate in negotiations with vendors and ensure all aspects of events are running smoothly.
- Help coordinate logistics, including transportation, catering, and audio-visual services.
- Attend events to provide on-site assistance for setup and execution, ensuring a seamless experience.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Personal Requirements
- Passion for event planning and a proactive approach to learning.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
