Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Educational / Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. The responsibilities of this position will include:

• Supporting students, individually or in groups, with lesson assignments.
• Assisting in the preparation of lesson materials and teaching aids.
• Helping maintain classroom discipline and a conducive learning environment.
• Assisting in the planning, execution, and assessment of school events and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborating with teachers in monitoring students' academic and behavioral progress.
• Maintaining clear communication between teachers and parents regarding students’ progress.

Job Requirements

The successful applicant will need to fulfill the following requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Education or a teaching-related field.
• Previous experience in a Teaching Assistant role would be advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese, both oral and written.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with young learners and manage classroom dynamics.
• Commitment to inclusive education and values-based learning.
• An up-to-date criminal background check.
