Internship Tasks

• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and assist with training sessions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Engage in employee engagement initiatives and help organize team-building activities.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Maintain the HR database and ensure accurate record-keeping of employee information.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration tasks under the supervision of the HR team.

Job Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
