Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the reception area, providing a warm welcome to guests.
• Handle reservations efficiently using our property management system.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure high standards of service.
• Process check-ins and check-outs, including facilitating payment transactions.
• Maintain an organized filing system and update guest records accurately.
• Support the team in managing promotions, bookings, and special requests.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed studies in Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related field.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with reservation software.
