Internship Opportunity: Reception / Reservations

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with managing reservations and guest inquiries through telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Provide information on room availability, pricing, and hotel amenities, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with various departments including housekeeping and catering to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate guest records and processing payments.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving guest experience and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Portuguese or other languages is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarization with hotel reservation software is advantageous.
