Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. The chosen candidate will be tasked with supporting students academically and emotionally, assisting teaching staff in creating a conducive learning environment, and supporting the broader learning activities of the school.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to teachers in preparing educational materials.
• Offering one-on-one assistance to students who require extra guidance.
• Collaborating with the teaching staff to monitor pupils’ progress and well-being.
• Assisting in maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly learning environment.
• Participating in staff meetings, workshops, and school events.

Job Requirements

• Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in education or a related discipline.
• At least two years of experience in a teaching role.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Demonstrable familiarity with the Portuguese education system.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with using technology in a classroom setting.
