Internship Opportunity: Film Studies Intern

A globally recognized, industry-leading company in the field of film production and distribution is seeking to fill the role of a Film Studies Intern for our flagship office in the beautiful city of Szczecin, Poland. Job Description

You will play an integral role in our production team, assisting with research and development, pre-production planning, on-set duties, post-production revisions, and release stages. This role offers a comprehensive understanding of the filmmaking process, from conception to cinema, under the tutelage of professionals at the top of their fields. You will actively participate in content writing, storyboard development, location scouting, script reading, editing, and promoting our films.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with logistical planning for film shoots.
  • Participating in various stages of script development and refinement.
  • Conducting research to support content creation.
  • Contributing to the post-production process, including editing and marketing.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute successful film campaigns.

About You

We are seeking individuals who are ambitious, creative, and passionate about the film industry. The ideal candidate for this role should be working towards a degree in Film Studies, Cinematology, or a related field and demonstrate a strong understanding of and appreciation for film. Applicants should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, have a keen eye for detail, and exhibit a proactive, hands-on approach to tasks. Polish language proficiency and a basic understanding of the film industry trends will be advantageous.
