Internship Position – Management

The intern will have the opportunity to work closely with our management team, thereby gaining comprehensive insights into the decision-making processes of a top-tier company. This position will expose the intern to various aspects of project management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Work alongside managers to compile, analyze, and report data to senior management.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing projects from inception to execution.
• Contribute to the creation of departmental goals and strategies.
• Help in conducting market analysis and research.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Job and Personal Requirements

• Current enrollment in a related Bachelor’s or Master's degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Polish.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
