Internship Position: Reception / Reservations Intern

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Reception / Reservations Intern. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry while working in a vibrant and culturally rich environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing guest reservations and inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person.
• Support the reception team with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and events to enhance guests' stay.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information in the property management system.
• Collaborate with various departments, including housekeeping and food & beverage, to fulfill guest requests.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality or tourism management program.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Italian and additional languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hotel management software.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
