German Teaching Assistant Vacancy in Verona, Italy

We are a premier languages school based in the heart of Verona, Italy, offering a broad range of language courses to students from all around the world. Job Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Support the lead German teacher in conducting classes and creating lesson plans.
- Monitor students during class, recitals, and field trips for safety.
- Assist in grading homework, quizzes, and exams.
- Help students with difficulties during class or with their homework.
- Attend meetings with parents, educators, and staff discussing students' progress.
- Participate in school events and functions representing the German language department.

Job Requirements:

- A degree in German language teaching, linguistics, or relevant field.
- Previous experience as a teaching assistant or a similar role is preferred.
- Certified language proficiency in German (C2 level).
- Strong understanding of educational techniques and methods for language teaching.

- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
