Job Description:

As an Education/Teaching Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to aid the class teacher in providing top-tier education to our students. This role involves assisting in the planning, preparation and delivery of engaging learning activities according to each student’s individual needs. You will be expected to supervise and support students during their studies, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment. Other tasks include assisting in marking and assessing students' progress, maintaining the school's discipline standards and providing support during extra-curricular activities.

Job Requirements:

Prospective candidates need to hold a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Education or a relevant discipline, with preference given to Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree holders. Previous experience in a similar role, and a firm understanding of Italy’s education system is highly desirable. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must, with additional knowledge of other languages being a definite advantage.
