Human Resources Internship - Turin, Italy

Job Description

The Human Resources Intern will report to the HR Manager and assist with all aspects of Human Resources. Duties include drafting job descriptions, posting job ads, organizing resumes and job applications, scheduling job interviews, assisting in interview processes, preparing HR documents like employment contracts, handling payroll and benefit queries, conducting employee surveys, and supporting various HR administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

Applicants must be in their final year of study pursuing a Bachelor's degree or a recent graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field. Hands-on experience with HR software is preferred; strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in English and Italian languages is a must.

The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently and as part of a team, exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, and must be highly organized. Applicants should demonstrate a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.
