Job Vacancy: French Teaching Assistant

Job Description:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our French department in delivering high-quality language education. Your duties will encompass a wide range of tasks including, but not limited to:

• Assisting the lead teacher in developing lesson plans and instructional materials
• Providing individual or small group instruction in order to adapt the curriculum to the needs of students
• Creatively foster a vibrant and interactive learning environment
• Participating in faculty meetings and professional development activities
• Assisting with assessment of student's progress
• Facilitating communication between the school, students, and families regarding student's academic progress

Job Requirements:

To qualify for the position, the following requirements must be met:

• Fluency in both French and Italian. Proficiency in English will be an added advantage
• A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or teaching environment
• Bachelor's degree in French, education, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Passionate about language education and understands the individual learning style of students
