Job Description:

The English Teaching Assistant role involves supporting our primary language teachers in delivering a comprehensive program and fostering students’ English language skills. The assistant will work with students of all age groups, from beginners to advanced learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in lesson planning and preparation
• Providing English language tutoring for students who require extra support
• Promoting interactive learning through conversation, role-playing, and other creative teaching methods
• Evaluating students' progress and providing constructive feedback
• Participating in parent-conferences to communicate student progress and areas of development
• Adapting to the unique learning styles of each student and tailoring support accordingly

Job Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics or a related field
• TESOL/TEFL certification is necessary
• A minimum of 2 years experience in teaching English
• Demonstrated proficiency in English (CEFR level C2 or higher)
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
