Your Role

As an intern in Reception/Reservations, you will be at the heart of our operations, creating positive experiences and memories for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: welcoming visitors, answering calls, making reservations, handling queries and providing information about our company and the services we offer, responding to emails promptly, maintaining a well-organized front desk, and supporting our reservations team as needed.

Job Requirements

We seek individuals who are driven, organized, and attentive to detail. Basic requirements include a high school diploma; proficiency in English and Italian; good knowledge of MS Office; and excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Ideally, the candidate should be passionate about customer service, empathetic, well-organized, flexible, and able to handle stressful situations with grace. A positive attitude, team spirit and willingness to take initiative will go a long way in our dynamic, fast-paced environment.
