Job Responsibilities

• Support the educational needs of students by providing one-on-one assistance and facilitating small group learning sessions.
• Help maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment, promoting student participation and discipline.
• Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to individualized education plans when necessary.
• Assist in the preparation of instructional materials, resources, and classroom set-up.
• Help organize and supervise school events, extracurricular activities, and field trips.
• Provide support to special needs students, ensuring their integration and participation in classroom activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and staff regarding students’ progress and needs.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
• Fluency in Italian; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and adhere to school policies.
