Job Description

The Education/Teaching Assistant will play an integral role in supporting teachers and students, fostering an encouraging and inspiring teaching-learning environment, and maintaining school administrative tasks.

  • Plan and prepare instructional materials in coordination with teachers.
  • Assist and support students in learning classroom material, providing extra attention or guidance for those who require it.
  • Supervise students during non-classroom times including between classes, during lunch, and on field trips.
  • Conduct administrative tasks such as updating records, marking attendance, and scoring tests.
  • Involvement in organizing school events, workshops, and activities.
  • Promote positive student behavior and assist in implementing discipline strategies.

    • Job Requirements

  • A Degree in Education or a related field.
  • Must be fluent in both Italian and English.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an educational setting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess patience, a love for learning, and a nurturing attitude.
  • An understanding of child development stages and behavior management strategies.
