Position: Customer Service Intern

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Intern to support our team in Padua, Italy. This role will provide a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relations and service management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Help maintain updated customer records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
• Support the development of customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback for service improvement.

Job Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business Administration, Communication, or a similar field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
• A strong customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
