Main responsibilities:

• Manage daily office tasks, including answering and redirecting phone calls.
• Coordinate and manage reservations efficiently and accurately.
• Attend to guests by managing check-ins and check-outs, listening attentively to inquiries and complaints, and solving issues promptly.
• Monitor and maintain office equipment and inventory supplies.
• Prepare and update administrative reports or documents, such as schedules.
• Assist with planning and organizing the office's operations and procedures.

Job requirements:

• Must be a student or recent graduate in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Good knowledge of office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Italian and English.
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
