Job Description:

The English Teaching Assistant will support lead teachers in classroom instruction, engaging students aged 6-18 in a dynamic learning experience. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting lead teachers in lesson preparation and delivery.
• Facilitating small group or one-on-one tutoring sessions.
• Supporting students with speaking, writing, reading, and listening activities.
• Helping to develop educational materials and activities that enhance language acquisition.
• Participating in school events and cultural activities to promote language learning.
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents.

Job Requirements:

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
• Relevant experience in teaching or tutoring is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching styles to meet diverse student needs.
• Passion for education and enthusiasm for working with children and teenagers.
