Job Responsibilities

  • Assist teachers in planning and implementing engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs.
  • Support classroom management by providing supervision during lessons and activities to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Facilitate small group discussions, reinforcing key concepts and helping students develop critical thinking skills.
  • Provide one-on-one assistance to students requiring additional support, adapting resources to enhance their understanding.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records, reporting any concerns to teaching staff in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with teachers and staff to organize and execute educational events and activities, promoting student engagement.
  • Help with administrative tasks, including preparing educational materials and maintaining classroom resources effectively.

Personal Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in education, child development, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in a teaching assistant role or similar position is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative attitude and an ability to connect with students and staff.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian or additional languages is beneficial.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations, demonstrating flexibility and creativity in problem-solving.
