The Role:

We are actively seeking a dedicated and energetic Intern to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the spa and wellness industry, be involved in day-to-day operations, and contribute towards our commitment to provide top-notch wellbeing services.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, developing and implementing spa marketing and promotion strategies.
• Support staff in providing impeccable client services, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving problems.
• Participate in designing and enhancing spa services and treatment protocols aimed at client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain the spa's ambiance, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Help with inventory management and maintain adequate supplies.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

Job Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a related Bachelor’s or Master's Degree Program.
• Familiarity with wellness and beauty treatments will be advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Italian and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
• A flexible attitude to work, willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities.
