Internship Opportunity in Events Coordination, Milan, Italy

Internship Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing various kinds of events at both small and large scales.
• Coordinate with different departments such as logistics, venue management, design team, amongst others.
• Handle event logistics such as catering, audiovisual requirements, and travel arrangements.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing and promotional materials.
• Support client meetings and assist in maintaining strong client relationships.
• Administer mandatory paperwork and event records.

Job Requirements

• Studying or recently graduated in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, or similar fields.
• Strong planning and organizing skills, with a good eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Good understanding of MS Office tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Valid work permit for Italy.

• Flexible: willing to work in different schedules including weekends and holidays, according to event's needs.
