Internship Position: Events Management Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Events Management Intern to join our vibrant team in Bologna. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the events industry while working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various events, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed effectively.
  • Support team members in vendor management, including sourcing and liaising with suppliers for equipment, catering, and entertainment.
  • Participate in site visits and venue assessments to evaluate event suitability.
  • Help in the creation and distribution of marketing materials to promote events.
  • Attend events and provide on-site support, addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Collect feedback from attendees post-event to assess success and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event management software is a plus.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
