Job Description

We are currently seeking an English Teaching Assistant who will support our instructors in creating an engaging and effective learning environment for our students. Your main tasks will include:

• Assisting the lead teacher in planning and implementing lesson plans
• Helping students in improving their English reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
• Facilitating group activities and discussions to promote language immersion
• Providing personalized feedback to students to help them enhance their language proficiency
• Adhering to the school's policies and educational standards
• Participating in staff meetings and professional development workshops

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A degree in English, Education or Linguistics, or a related field
• Teaching certification is preferred
• At least one year of English teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of different teaching strategies and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
